Pineapple Daquiri
The Daiquiri was invented around the late 1800s by an American engineer named Jennings Cox, who was working in Cuba. He mixed rum, lime juice, and sugar to create a refreshing drink for his guests, and the Daiquiri was born. The drink gained popularity in the early 20th century, especially with its connection to famous figures like Ernest Hemingway, who frequented La Floridita in Havana and enjoyed variations of the drink.
